How we work
We believe the best decisions are made by small teams, working for a common goal, so that’s what we do.
One, or perhaps two of us will work with you to understand your needs, and put together a proposal for discussion based on our conversations with you. Once we have agreed on what you would like us to do we will work from our own premises, where appropriate, to complete it. We will be available by phone and email during all normal working hours, and we will keep you informed by weekly telephone conferences or face-to-face meetings – whichever you prefer.
If you would prefer us to facilitate off-site strategy and brainstorming meetings to help you and your senior colleagues focus on where you want to be – and how you’re going to get there – we can do that too.
We are great advocates of the New Business Model and we have put our reputations where our mouths are – so our associates work remotely from each other, using the latest technologies for telecoms and computing to communicate. We believe we are more effective this way than working in overcrowded and noisy offices.
